1.Our sublimation ink introduction:
The ink pass 3-stages filter,with high fluency and stability, it would not clog and damage print head.
Eco-friendly ,non-toxic, fadeless,harmless,dry quickly , sun-resistant and 95% high transfer rate.
2.Compatible printer:
Mainly for Piezoelectric printer, Almost all Epson printers,including desktop printer :like R230
( A4),L1800, and large format printer Like ( A3) L7600,( A2)L7910( A1) L11880 etc , Roland and Mutoh, Mimaki.
3.Application:
It was used for garment , digital dye print,Polyester textile , ceramic printing and so on.
Heat transfer print accessories:
Heat transfer ink+sublimation paper--Not cotton(polyester,mixing cotton )
Pigment ink+dark heat transfer paper--Pure cotton
Pigment ink +light heat transfer paper--Print Light cotton color
Sublimation ink+Sublimation paper+coating--Pure cotton(saving cost)
Working temperature :Under 140ºC--200ºC Transfer time:15s-25s
Warm tips:
Fabric can not be washed until 48 hours since sublimation and heat transfer print finished. And you need
turn the side Without print, washing it only in cold water, hot water ,soap and bleach are not allowed.
Usage:
1.The coating should be stirred well before using.
2.Use brush or spraying method to apply the coating on the cotton fabric uniformly over the area where sublimation transfer printing to be carried printed.
3.Leave the cotton fabric to dry under normal condition or by hot air blower for quicken drying process.
4.Pre-heat the heat press machine into 180-210ºC and set the heating time to 30 second.
5.Now it's done, you can proceed the image transfer procedure.
