2.How do you control your products quality?
Our quality management strictly obey the rule of ISO 9001-2008 system.Our a professional QC team ,they will inspect each bottle ink before shipmment.
3.What is the silver nitrate content of your indelible ink included?
Normally, our indelible ink including different silver nitrare content: such as 5% ,7%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%. Due to 5% to 25% silver nitrate different, color in fingernail can stay in 3 to 10 days different accordingly. Normal,7% silver nitrate is most common and economic.
4.What is your indelible ink volume and package?
Our bottle volume for ink is :10ml 15ml 30ml 50ml 80ml 100ml, The ink in bottle(from 30ml to 100mL) with a sponge, aluminum sheet sealed, inside plastic bage, and outside have the lable.
5.What is your production delivery ?
For the bottle, if our bottle supplier or current market have stock bottles for sales, Our ink lead time is 7-10 days.
If our currently market have not stock suitable bottles for sales for order, we had to customize bottle, then our production lead time is 30-45 days.
6.What is your term of payment?
Our indelible ink payment is : 50% deposit before production , and balance before shippment.
7.Do you have the certification to ship the Hazardous article?
Yes , we have ISO ,MSDS and FDA certification for supporting the cargo delivery!
8. Did you have experience on export election ink before?
Our company supplied Uganda 2020 year voting ink, Vanuatu 2017 year election, philippine 2016 year election, Burkina Faso 2015 year election.Mauritania 2013 year election etc before.
